How Truth Finder works

An animated ingestion-to-action pipeline

1. Ingest sources

Pull from Outlook, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams — emails, drawing sets, submittals, meeting transcripts.

2. Extract

Identify requirements, decisions, commitments, and conflicts with confidence scores.

3. Build evidence graph

Link every claim to the exact quote, author, and timestamp it came from.

4. Compare against PM plan

Detect drift between the evidence and Smartsheet / Microsoft Project.

5. Answer with citations

Respond to questions grounded only in connected evidence.

6. Generate actions

Draft clarification emails, change requests, PM tasks, and executive summaries.
